Stainless
steel furniture
intended for equipping kitchens in various types of catering facilities, such as restaurants, bars, mass catering establishments, fast food bars, etc.
These pieces of furniture can also be used selectively in pastry shops, cafes, bakeries, butchers, shops, markets and various types of food processing plants.
THE MATERIALS
The furniture is made of stainless chromium-nickel acid-resistant steel. Grade according to PN 0H18N9 (according to EN 1.4301 ; according to ASTM 304). It is a steel resistant to organic acids and most non-organic, except hydrochloric and sulfuric acids.
The main components of the furniture are made of the following:
- table worktops – sheet thickness 1.0 mm
- table tops with sinks – sheet thickness 1.2 mm
- transfer and receiving table slabs – sheet thickness 1.5(1.2) mm
- cabinet bodies in tables – sheet thickness 0.8 mm
- bodies of cabinets and hanging cabinets – sheet thickness 0.8 mm
- pool chambers – sheet thickness 1.2 mm
- shelves in shelves – sheet thickness 1.0 mm
- hanging shelves – sheet thickness 1.2(1.0) mm
- hood bodies – sheet thickness 0.8 mm
- doors and drawers – sheet thickness 0.8 mm
- shelves in tables and cabinets – sheet thickness 1.0 mm
- table and cabinet frames – square profile 40×40 mm
- rack and trolley frames – square profile 30×30 mm
- waiter’s trolley frames – round pipe Ø 25 mm.
The manufactured furniture has a positive assessment in terms of health quality issued by the National Institute of Hygiene. Certificate No HŽ / 03110 / 00.
SURFACE CONDITION
The visible surfaces of the furniture are finished with a grind while maintaining a linear structure. The furniture is made of original sheets ground in an oil atmosphere (4N standard). Untreated surfaces during production are covered for storage and transport with a protective film.
STRUCTURE
The guiding principle of the construction of Optimet furniture is its high aesthetics, reliability, and ease and simplicity in keeping it clean. The working plates of the tables are glued together from the bottom with a chipboard laminated with a white smooth 18 mm thick. The back and sides of the plates may have a so-called “rant”, which protects against the sliding of waste from the working part into slots near the kitchen wall or between the table and other equipment, such as a wardrobe or refrigerator.
Sink boards
in the typical version are made with a welded pressed sink chamber. The surface of the slab with the sink is recessed to 10 mm, and the back and sides may have the so-called “rant”. The drain hole in the sink chambers is adapted for the 1½“sink siphon.
The pool chambers
are made of sheet metal in a bent-welded version.
The drawers
are mounted on stainless steel rolling guides, easily removable, e.g. for cleaning or washing . For typical tables, the internal dimensions of the drawers are adapted to GN 1/1 containers.
The doors
are made in the so-called “can version” with a double wall of sheet metal. The hinged doors are latched and the sliding doors are suspended on plastic rollers.
Shelves
in tables, cabinets and hanging cabinets are designed to be easy to clean. In all typical furniture, the shelves are permanently attached to the body of the furniture. We make movable shelves at the customer’s request.
The hoods
are manufactured in a welded and welded version, equipped with slot filters, so-called “fat catchers” and connection nozzles for the exhaust system.
Furniture
for height adjustment and leveling in the kitchen is equipped with adjustable feet made of plastic; and so tables and cabinets are adjustable from a normal height of -5 to +25 mm, and racks from -15 to +25 mm.
The trolleys and mobile racks
are equipped with swivel castors Ø 100mm (2 with a brake) made of polyamide material (stainless) with a tread made of elastic solid rubber, while the swivel castors are made of swivel castors made of stainless steel with a diameter of Ø 75 mm.
